Acute/Chronic Care Visits
Same-day or next-day telehealth visits are available for specific acute conditions. Conditions include flu, urinary tract infections, ear infections, sore throat, cold/cough, sinus infection, rash, etc. Other conditions may qualify. ​

Primary Care
Primary care visits are routine healthcare appointments with a doctor for checkups, vaccinations, managing chronic conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure), addressing acute illnesses (like flu or infections), physicals, and preventive care to maintain long-term wellness. These visits can be scheduled as annual wellness checks, "sick visits" for immediate concerns, or follow-ups for ongoing issues, and they are crucial for catching potential problems early and facilitating referrals to specialists when needed.
