Service Description

Our Nurse Practitioner will perform a History and Physical, Basic Exam, Review Labs, Discuss Weight-Loss Meds, Diet/Exercise, and Prescribe Meds Best for you (based on the exam, labs, and weight-loss goals). $249 initial visit. You will be required to have biweekly virtual or in person visits. These visits are tailor to the patients specific needs and will encompass a basic exam with vitals, discuss weight-loss, dietary needs and exercise. This visit is also good for people who need an accountability partner. $75 bi-weekly visits.
